Recap
I wrote 2,126 words this week. It went pretty smoothly actually. I even found a possibly plot relevant way to include caucus! Still haven’t quite shook the procrastination bug, so some of the bits I wrote this week are a little… stunted I think is the best way to put them. Keeping with the time limit left a few things not quite as polished as I probably could have made them. I knew some of them wouldn’t be that great, so that’s fine.
Coagulate was particularly lacking I think, but less because of procrastination… well, I suppose it played a role, but I had plans for most of yesterday. I had an awesome day out with my sister and a friend! I did make some attempts at the prompt in a notebook during some down time, but at the end of the day, I didn’t have too much and then pieced together the rest in a little less than an hour. It’s an interesting moment though, which could probe important to the plot depending on what I decide the scope of things will be in a larger work.
All in all, I’m looking forward to next week.

Let’s see what kind of ugly words this week will bring.
July 25th: smear
July 26th: gusset
July 27th: wean
July 28th: spine
July 29th: rural
July 30th/31st: turgid
Well, this week doesn’t look too bad. I know all the words except turgid, so that won’t be much of an issue this week. Even gusset! I read something about it not too long ago, so I know what it is. Though, I’m not exactly sure how I’ll use it, at least I don’t have to worry about looking it up later.
It will be an interesting week I’m sure.
